Terms and Conditions

  1. Passes are personal and cannot be swapped between different participants.
  2. Passes are no longer valid after their expiry date. Please check your dashboard to ensure you are aware of the expiry date or contact us.
  3. We do not offer credit or refunds for unused passes for any memberships or packages.
  4. Membership minimum payment: 3 months rolling contract. In order to cancel, email info@ mindfulpilates.studio with 28 days notice.
  5. Group classes and Private sessions (exc Privates with Claudia): Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the pass.
  6. Privates with Claudia are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy.
  7. Memberships cannot be put on hold before the minimum 3 first rolling payments. If this is a requirement please contact us.
  8. In order to put a membership on hold we require 2 weeks notice. The memberships can only be on hold for maximum 8 weeks and no more than 4 times a year, minimum 3 months between each hold (3 payments between one hold and the next).
  9. Any changes to memberships have to be communicated in writing to: info@mindfulpilates.studio.
  10. Memberships can be upgraded and downgraded too. You can swap to an 8, 6 or 4 classes a month without having to cancel your membership. Please contact us in order to complete the swap.
  11. Agreement to these T&C forms a legally binding contract between the customer and Mindful Pilates Studio Ltd.
