First week of Reformer Burn & Sculpt. Mindful Pilates Studio in Richmond has just opened its doors and already many clients are attending classes with us!

What is our Burn & Sculpt class? It is a great way to challenge your stamina, endurance and strength during your Reformer Pilates workout.

The section shown in this video has 2 amazing clients performing some quite challenging standing exercises. Pilates gets you working on balance and in the video you can see how much balance and coordination these ladies have!

The addition of small weights increases the challenge both on the arms, the core and the legs. Who doesn’t like some extra challenge?!

In the first part of the class we used the Pilates JUMPBOARD. If you don’t know what it is, stay tuned! I will personally show you some amazing exercises to get your heart rate up. Pilates does make you sweat and burn. Still in doubt?
